A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marcin Robert Lubinski, Spółdzielców 31D, 72-006 Mierzyn, Poland, Tel.: 039749499799, Email: info@robertoluccini.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

General notes

Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure adequate protection with suitable packaging.

Please do not return goods freight collect.

Please note that the above points are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
